Where we ship
We ship within the European Union (EU) only. We do not ship to countries outside the EU.
Shipping costs
All orders are sent by registered mail. Packing and transport cost a flat rate of € 20 per order (excl. VAT). All prices on this website are excluding VAT, packing and shipping. The total amount, including shipping and any applicable VAT, is shown in your basket before you place your order.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped within 7 days after payment has been received. Delivery within the EU depends on the carrier and usually takes 2–5 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation.
VAT for business customers
Business customers established in an EU member state other than the Netherlands can enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout. After successful validation the order is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Customers in the Netherlands are always charged Dutch VAT.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To use this right, inform us by email at info@dendroboor.nl within this period with your name, order number and the product(s) concerned.
After notifying us, return the product(s) within 14 days. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases or to services that have already been fully performed, such as a completed resharpening.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
Please check your order on receipt. If a product is damaged during transport or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@dendroboor.nl, preferably with photos. We will arrange a suitable solution with you.
Resharpening service
For resharpening, first order and pay for the resharpening service in our shop, then send your corer to the address above, mentioning your order number. Resharpening costs € 35 per corer; return shipping by registered mail (€ 20) is added at checkout (prices excl. VAT). Please pack the corer securely; we are not responsible for damage during transport to us.
